If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day guarantee on every product we offer providing it is returned good condition.*  Please e-mail us store@blueskydiscgolf.co to start the return process, and we will e-mail you back within 24 hours to schedule a pickup and exchange. Customers assume all costs in shipping to us and we assume the cost in shipping replacements back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground unless a rush is requested. The difference in cost of the shipping upgrade compared to ground is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

*BlueSky Disc Golf reserves the right to refuse a return at any time if the disc/item is not in sellable condition, or is severely damaged. BlueSky Disc Golf also reserves the right to refuse a return if a customer is taking advantage of or abusing this return policy. All water bottles/tumblers must be returned unopened. No open products will be accepted unless damaged without a 15% restocking fee.
